About Dan, lPCC, LPC, CADC
Ready to reclaim your life?
I’m a cognitive behavioral therapist who specializes in helping you heal from the past, break free from addiction, and reclaim your life.
Feel like yourself again
Take control of your life.
I want you to know that you are not broken. The struggles you’ve faced, the pain you’ve carried, and the patterns you feel stuck in do not define you. They are part of your story, but they are not the whole story. As a CBT therapist, I believe in your ability to heal, grow, and create real change in your life. Therapy isn’t about fixing you—it’s about helping you understand yourself, break free from the weight of the past, and build a future where you feel strong, in control, and at peace with yourself. No matter how many times you’ve felt lost or hopeless, I want you to know that healing is always possible
Through therapy, we’ll work together to break unhealthy patterns, address the root causes of your struggles, and develop practical tools to help you move forward. If addiction has made you feel powerless, we’ll work on regaining control and finding healthier ways to cope. If past trauma has left you feeling stuck, we’ll process it in a way that allows you to move forward without fear. Most importantly, therapy will help you rediscover hope—hope that things can get better, that you can find peace, and that you are capable of living the life you deserve. You don’t have to do this alone, and you don’t have to stay stuck. I’m here to help you take the first step toward healing.
How I work
I’ll help you take back control of your life.
My training and extensive experience in Cognitive and Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR, i.e. trauma therapy) means I have the expertise necessary to help you take ownership of your past, present, and future.
But you still want to know that you’re working with someone who truly understands what it means to conquer your demons and live a full, energetic, and purposeful life, right?
I get it because I’ve committed my entire professional life to helping people in my community heal and move through unhealthy habits, painful events of the past, and unhelpful thinking patterns.
I know that the journey can feel hopeless and frustrating…but it’s also worth it. You just need right support. So when we work together, you won’t just get a trained therapist. You’ll get someone who truly understands what you’re going through.

We are not a good fit if —
You’re unable to actively engage in self-reflection or practice new coping strategies outside of sessions
You’re looking for unstructured therapy without a focus on practical solutions
You only want deep exploration of past experiences without changing present thoughts and behaviors
Therapy with me is —
-
Make real progress by focusing on what’s working and build practical strategies for change. We’ll explore the past with intention, empowering you to take actionable steps toward a healthier, more fulfilling present and future.
